I do not often do a card with no layering. I generally like to add stuff, mats, embellishments, etc...
But this string of lights from the October SOTM is so cute I wanted to highlight just this festive image. I just love Christmas lights!
Each bulb is inked, stamped off onto scratch paper, then rolled in the same color to give the impression the lights are glowing. Then I patted on a layer of clear glitter gel to make the string of lights nice and sparkly! I'm linking this card up to the Addicted to CAS Sparkle Challenge.
