This month I'm sharing a new hoop for my ongoing Hoop Art wall project. I built this hoop with watercolor paper, washed with different colors of watercolor. I blended out a lot with extra water. Once that dried I stamped on the various pieces of the sentiment (plus a bit of Kraft Keyboard alphabet and some leftover cork letters colored with alcohol marker). I stamped and cut out a few flowers to add to the edges.
I couldn't grab a good pic, but I filled in the letters of the sentiment and the flower centers with a wash of clear Wink of Stella. I topped the tiny flowers with some white acrylic bubbles.
