Monthly Memories Sugar Rush Layouts

Do you ever feel like you are so far behind you cannot even begin to find your to-do list? I feel like it's been ages since I've created a Monthly Memories Kit on time, and this kit is probably still too late for this idea book cycle. The new idea book goes live in just a couple of weeks (yay!). However...this Sugar Rush paper is seriously too cute to skip over.
The ice cream and donuts theme is completely adorable, even though we are gluten free so therefore donuts and cones are not normally on the menu for my kiddos. It's such a big deal to find those items gluten free that I do actually have donut and cone pics of them to add!
The gold accents are so trendy and sweet!
I think the Complement titles are perfectly sized. These Complements come with both sticker and chipboard pieces.
You can find the "Bring List" for this kit HERE. Sadly I believe the I Want It All kit may be Sold Out now, but the papers, complements, and washi are still available. If you love this kit as much as I do, don't wait. It's breaking my heart to know that it will be completely gone so soon. I am working on my next kit already, though, and the creative process feels amazing. I'll share it with you soon, Stampin' Friends. Thanks for still being here. XOXO!

Day 43: Blossom Monthly Memories Scrapbooking Kit

I'm so excited to share this month's Monthly Memories Scrapbooking Kit! I was supposed to be working on Jackson (and I am, I swear!) but the Blossom papers just grabbed me last week, and these six pages came popping out!

These Blossom papers are are perfect for Spring photos, like the Easter pics you're taking this weekend. These pics are from the pre-egg hunt climbing my boys did last Easter.
Monthly Memories kits start at about $15 for the Basic Kit supplies. You can leave the basic design un-blinged, or you can add your own embellies from your stash. The I Want It All kit includes a few more embellishments for those who prefer a more detailed scrapbook page. I do like the lumpy bumpies!
This kit will require the addition of two sheets of Black or White cardstock to complete pages 5 and 6. I love these colors against the Black background - it really pops! These are pics of my sister playing with my boys at the local children's museum.

To get your Monthly Memories Hopscotch kit just head over to my website and order what you need from the "bring list" below.

I'll email you the full color instructions with complete cutting guides to make the pages a breeze to recreate.

Remember, the Blossom papers are only available while supplies during the Seasonal Expressions 2 run!

Day 22: Confetti Wishes

Today was Ben's birthday. I didn't get the pics edited yet, but we did a lot of fun crafty things I'll be sharing tomorrow. Today, I'd like to share my Confetti Wishes 6 page scrapbook kit.
It was a lot of fun to work with these brightly colored papers and embellies!
We will do some fancy cutting of the Complements StickEase to get more mileage out of our kit materials. I just love the sparkle that blue shimmer trim adds!
If you love these pages, just check out the "Bring List" below. Order from my website, and I'll email you detailed full color instructions on how to make your own set of Confetti Wishes pages! Check out all the page kits available here.

Marvelous Marker Workshop Kit

Yesterday I shared this cute and simple little doggie card made with one of the new Hostess Exclusive stamp sets called Cuddly Salutations. Today I'm sharing a fun workshop kit to recreate this card series using the new Shin Han Alcohol Markers!
This sweet little card kit will have a card for each of the five adorable animals in the Cuddly Salutations Stamp set. Each card will focus on a different aspect of coloring with our new Shin Han alcohol markers. Please note I am not a super cool party people copic certified teacher - I'm just an inky pawed gal who loves to color with simple quick alcohol marker techniques. My goal is to make it look good fast without using 8 million markers...No fuss, just fun!
You can order a precut and prestamped basic kit with full color instructions that makes 10 gift sized cards for $15, and provide your own alcohol markers. Or you can take advantage of a limited time only I Want It All Kit for $45 that includes double the precut cards for extra practice, full color instructions, all five markers used, an Archival Black ink pad, and the adorable stamp set! We will be sharing the hostess rewards to achieve that goal, as it's only available to purchase for hostesses, so you must order the kit via Paypal instead of through my website. The I Want It All orders will be grouped for placement on the 15th of October and shipped to you by the end of October with all your goodies, including that hostess exclusive stamp set.

The I Want It All kit order will close October 15th, after which only the basic pre-stamped kit will continue to be available.  You can also optionally add the sweet new mini stapler I used to accent the cards, which staples with the teensiest wee baby staples ever!

P.S.: Consultant Kits for this workshop are available HERE, including a new Volume 7 collection.

Shin Han Alcohol Marker Blog Hop

Good morning, Stampin' Friends! Today I'm hopping with a talented group of over 40 CTMH consultants, all exploring the possibilities of our excellent new Shin Han Alcohol Markers. You should have arrived here from KATY'S BLOG.  Now let's marker!
I don't know about you, but even though I love the idea of Copic coloring, and greatly admire those who make beautifully colored artwork, I am just not willing to invest the time or money to become a copic artist at this time in my life. It sounds fun, but I've got to be realistic about how far my craft budget can extend. What I really want is to be able color nicely, maybe blend a bit, and have fun with my projects...and I don't want my markers to cost more than a trip to DisneyLand. I am truly loving what I can do with these Shin Han markers...and the affordable price point!  I honestly feel that these Shin Han markers are just the right compromise marker for me. They color like a dream, but are more affordable than the indisputably fabulous Copics that are all the rage right now. And you're talking to a gal who just bought a big set of Spectrum Noirs last spring...now I'm using my Shin Hans all the time instead!
I did all the coloring on this sweet little dog card using just Clay, Warm Grey 4, and the colorless blender pens. I love how you can use the blender to lift color and add texture to your colored pieces. I also used it to blend out the grey shadow at his little feet, which I then topped with a smidge of glitter. This cute doggie is the first of a series of cards, the rest of which will be on my blog tomorrow. Check back, or subscribe via email to have them delivered right to your inbox! I used this week's Atlantic Hearts Sketch challenge sketch as inspiration for my card set, focusing on the adorable hostess exclusive Cuddly Salutations stamp set.

Now hop on over to PAM'S BLOG and check our her marker craft goodness!

Here's a few other Shin Han Marker projects I've done:

New Product Blog Hop Holiday Mini Album

Welcome to the CTMH New Product Blog Hop in celebration of the new Annual Inspirations Idea Book.. There are 54 consultants sharing their creative ideas for all the new goodies on this hop. You should have arrived here from HEATHER'S BLOG. If you get lost along the way, you can find the full list of hoppers HERE.
Today I'm excited to share with you a festive mini album made from some of the newest CTMH products. To create this quick mini album I used the newly introduced Designer Creations Ruby Paper Bags. On the front cover there you spy one of the new Designer Creations Mini Frames. These products were meant to be used for quick and adorable gift wrap projects, but they are also sturdy and wonderfully versatile. I even used one of the Ruby Paper Bags to create the binding for this book, which doesn't feel like it's made from gift wrapping bags at all!
The embellishments in the book (plus many of the photo mats and pages inserts) came from the My Crush Holiday Happenings Assortment, intended to be a companion to the new My Crush Holiday book. Here you can see a few of the ways I've used the assortment cards to dress up my mini album project. I've used the cards intact (in 4x6, 3x4, and 2x2 sizes). I've cut out the card elements to create other embellishments. Of course, I added some glitter, because, well, glitter! How cute ate the tiny envelopes? There's also 4 sheets of coordinating sticker images and two sheets of alphabet stickers for me to finish off my journaling when I'm ready to add pics to this sweet album! I'll have more to share on this album project next week.

Now it's time to hop over to SHEILA'S BLOG and see what crafty goodness she's cooked up for us!

July Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!  We will be featuring July's SOTM, which is a funky cute font called Circus Alphabet, a set of 69 stamps.  If you have come here from MICHELLE'S BLOG, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants here. This month we have over 40 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. Hopping is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!
This month I designed a 10 card workshop using the July SOTM for all of the sentiments and focused on using only White Daisy Cardstock (along with 5 rainbow colored markers). I made good use of our versatile Art Philosophy and Artiste Cricut cartridges, plus I used a few of our new awesomely crisp embossing folders!  All ten cards came from just 4 sheets of White Daisy Cardstock (plus card bases) making for clean and simple cards with bright punches of color! I love the dramatic impact of white on white cards too - so crisp and pretty. Consultant kit info for this project will be posted tomorrow, as I'm in the middle of revamping that page completely to correspond with the new policies announced at convention.

Now "Hop" on over to SARITA'S BLOG to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants' Blogs to get lots more fun ideas! Remember, the July SOTM is only available until until the end of July.  Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set for just $5!

Sparkle and Shine

It's almost here! My beloved Stampin' Ladies are coming over Friday and we are going to Sparkle and Shine all night long!
We added some Sparkle and Shine Dimensional Elements and Red Shimmer Tape to the WOTG kit this month. I wish you could see the shimmer and sparkle of these layouts!
Scrapping with this paper REALLY put me in the mood for the holidays...but since I'm on Day 10 the Whole 30 right now, a crockpot of peppermint hot chocolate hanging around the Stamp Pad is just NOT going to cut it. I'll timed it so I'll be getting off the Whole 30 just in time for Thanksgiving. Pie. Mmmmm. Pie and hot chocolate. Sigh...

Anyhow, it's not too late to get your kit for these pages. This fabulous paper will most likely sell out, which is why we moved our holiday scrapping forward to November so we wouldn't miss out. If you want a kit, the supplies I used are listed below. Order anything from that list this month and I'll email the full color PDF directions to you (and if you are a consultant, of course you're welcome to use those instructions for a workshop).

Practical Scrappers Ten Things Stars

Today Practical Scrappers is focusing on Stars, and I'm just so glad that you are all still with me after a month of hibernation. I'm super excited to share what I've been cooking up in my top secret Stamp Pad! First up is this adorable Mickey Themed paper fireworks Display Frame, which is also my first summer workshop! No more hibernating - it's great to be back!!

I built these origami "fireworks" with Cricut diecut stars and twist tie streamers dancing in the background topped with quilled Mickeys for this Disney inspired photo display frame. You can find the quilling and origami tutorials I used to learn these skills out on my Pinterest board called Convention Inspiration. The glitter stars and banner were cut on the new Cricut Artbooking cartridge (available on my website August 1st). The Display Tray is a beautiful, sturdy wooden frame that will be a lasting handmade touch for your home decor.

Ready to make your own? I'll be hosting the workshop for this project on Saturday August 3rd at my New Catalog Reveal! RSVP by July 19th to reserve your kits - if you don't have Disney pics we can leave off the quilled Mickey heads and replace them with bling for birthday or Fourth of July.

Chantilly Club pages

I can't believe how fast April arrived! Here's the pages for our meeting on Friday - can't wait to crop with my fabulous Stampin' Ladies!
This month we're using the Chantilly WOTG kit as the base for our six pages. Of course, we aren't actually making the pages from the kit...I added the coordinating Dimensional Elements and the color ready Noted Canvas Shapes. All the cuts were made using the Artiste Cartridge.
Look how detailed the flowers from the chipboard set are! The leaves are cut on the Cricut, and the flowers are topped off with Pink Glitter gems.
For Pages 3/4, I went all pink and girlie. The Cotton candy CS along the bottom is stamped with images from the coordinating WOTG stamp set. This is where I used most of the gorgeous Chantilly Assortment covered buttons. Click the link to see them up close...they have tiny rhinestones embedded in the beautiful stitched tops!
For pages 5/6 I flipped the color palette and did a page focusing on the blues and greens. I love how versatile CTMH paper packets are! I've got plans for this page...as yet un-snapped pics from our annual jaunt to the Tulip Festival! Every year we go...and it's almost always rainy. But sometimes the sun peeks out and I always get the cutest snaps of the boys running in the flower fields!
Check out this Canvas banner stamped with images from the WOTG stamps. I popped up the title letters with Foam tape and added Dimensional element bows and lots of glitter gems. These pages really do make me just plain happy!

I'm linking this set up to the Paper Issues Up In The Clouds Linky Party. Have you been out to soak up the rainbow of goodness happening there?

Love what you see but missed the order deadline? Contact me and I can have a kit shipped right to you, with emailed full color instructions and cutting guides for all six pages. Kits range from $20 to $40. Check out the details on my Monthly Memories page! Next month....Later Sk8r!

You are my sunshine, Stampin' Friends! Hope to see you Friday!
