Day 204: Hello Sunshine SOTM Card

Tonight's card is a little variation on my first watercolor card this month. 

For this card I lightly tacked a panel of watercolor paper in the center of my card base. I stamped the two floral sprays from the September SOTM across the card base/watercolor paper combo using Slate Ink. Then I peeled off the panel of watercolor paper and painted over the grey stamped image with the watercolor paints. I love the splatter that the watercolors give you when you tap the brush against your fingers. 

I stamped on the sentiment from the Hello Life stamps available only this month using Memento Tuxedo Black once the panel has dried. I counted it on some Black Fundamentals cardstock before mounting it onto the card base. I finished off the design with some medium clear sparkles.
