Poinsettia Joy Card

Good morning, Stampin' Friends! Today I'm sharing a pretty poinsettia card I made using the Icon image on the Spring key from the new Artbooking cartridge (available August 1).  I really loved this kit for holiday cards once I got going with it!

I cut the shape on the red circuit board paper from ProPlayer in sizes from 2 3/4" down to 3/4", and layered the shapes together using Liquid Glass to hold it together. I topped the completed flower off with a trio of Sparkles and some leaves cut on Whisper CS from the HelloWorld Key.
I did some "banners" at the top using the new Twist ties, Washi Tape, and a decorative stitch pattern from the new Stitching Guide. I really dig that grey computer code paper in the background - the text is not scripty so it's not too girly, but a really nice textural background.

I'm linking this card up to the Merry Monday Anything Goes July Christmas Card Challenge and the CHNC Christmas Card Challenge. There's a lot of Holiday Cheer out there - hop over and take a peek!
