Today I'm sharing a sweet little 3x3 card. I used ProPlayer papers for the background. The Hot Air Balloon Basket is from the ProPlayer Assortment, from an arrow that I trimmed into the basket shape. The balloon itself is one of the new Base and Bling Word Accents - I so love them! I did the stitched accents with the new Stitch Guide.
